Add new TRIGtoALL steering to run RAWtoALL on RDO_TRIG output

Add new TRIGtoALL steering to run MC RAWtoALL on RDO_TRIG output. This gives the same output containers as the standard MC reco with the following caveats:

  • I had to disable Large Radius Tracking as for now it's disabled in ESDtoAOD (in touch with LRT experts what is expected).
  • Some containers do not have the same content but might be due to diff-root going out of sync. See ATLASRECTS-6020 for details.
