[ATR-22594] Adding SC111-seeded large-R jet triggers and g+multijet chain

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:master-HLTMenu-LargeR_L1SC into master

Inserts g45_6j45_0eta240 chain (SUSY photon+multijet chain) and various large-R jet chains seeded by the L1Topo simple cone trigger (alt L1 in addition to L1J).

FYI @valentem, @jbossios, if you need to add other items based on SC111, you will have to explicitly provide the l1SeedThreshold argument in ChainProp, because DictFromChainName cannot auto-fill this from L1Topo chains.
