Add eta x phi corrections steered via TH2 to ElectronPhotonVariableCorrectionTool

Being able to use eta x phi corrections could be useful for the correction of EGamma variables depending on detector alignment effects. This MR adds such corrections to the ElectronPhotonVariableCorrectionTool.
