Add xAODTrigMuon to CMakeLists.txt and fix Flake warnings in TrigBphysHypo (ATR-22891)

1. recover xAODTrigMuon library into CMakeLists.txt
2. fix Flake warnings for both TrigBphysHypo and TriggerMenuMT

added Trigger master labels

I will close my fix since this has now appeared , hopefully will make it to the release by tomorrow...

This issue makes the release build and all CI test to fail

@emoyse , @abarton ,@fwinkl , @tsulaia . I closed my fix MR at !40909 (closed) as people prefered to fix this here ...

The other succeeded , so this should also succeed (it is the same in principle ...) so can you make sure it gets merged asap ?
