Update fullscanLRT chain configuration

This merge request tidies up some loose ends:

  • Sets the threshold to 0 instead of 120, as this value is not used so would be misleading otherwise
  • Makes the case consistent for the algorithm name
  • Changes scales on expert monitoring graphs
  • Updates the reference counts due to the chain name change (no change to counts)
