Fixing hypos of some Di electron chains

As mentioned in ATR-22865 I am creating this MR to fix hypos of some Di electron chains. The main discrepancy was originated due to configuring hypo by parsing strings in chainName which we addressed here and replaced this strategy by parsing chainDict. Adding @fernando, @cjmeyer , @jodafons , @tamartin , @hrussell
