Updated AthExJobOptions reference files to account for new properties in AthSequencer.

New properties were added to the AthSequencer by MR !41347 (merged). This leads to differences in log file comparisons conducted by the AthExJobOptions ctests. The differences are expected and the reference files have to be updated.
