TrigConf: cleanup interface definition/implementation

Remove manually written queryInterface methods and consistently use Gaudi's extends formalism.

Also:

• Cleanup includes and link dependencies.
• Remove unnecessary calls to base class initialize/finalize.
• Remove empty methods.
