Add generateTrigNavGraph.py script, add colour to nav graph output

This MR simplifies the production of navigation graphs for the R3 trigger for a given chain in a given file.

WARNING: big files (>100K) are found in the changeset

220K in file Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigValAlgs/src/TrigEDMChecker.cxx
