Support origin correction in derivations

This ports forward a few items that were added to 21.2 for the Higgs->diphoton analysis to support nonstandard primary vertices, but weren't swept to master. The end result is that a jet-level origin correction can now be scheduled in derivations from ExtendedJetCommon. The code isn't copied directly or cherry-picked from 21.2, since some other changes were necessary to handle updated interfaces and MT-safety.
