Re-enable nominal boosted tagging SF computation in AnalysisTop in r22

This MR enables computation of nominal calibration scale factor for boosted jet taggging in AnalysisTop. Systematically-varied SFs are disabled for the moment, until full support in JetUncertainties is ported to r22.

I am marking this as urgent, because we would like to produce some validation plots with this as soon as possible.
