Addition of Muon LRT physics chains to LS2_v1

Addition of 3 L2-only muons chains running FastTrackFinder_MuonLRT and muCombHypo with a minimum d0 cut applied.

This is based on the idperf chain already implemented in ATR-22501

Changes:

definition of lrtinfo in MuonChainParts in the SignatureDict with values d0loose, d0medium, d0tight addition of a MinimumD0 parameter of TrigmuCombHypoTool configured based on lrtinfo Change to use the MuonSequenceSetup to configure the LRT instance of the HypoTool in LRT chains. Addition of 3 chains to LS1_v1: HLT_mu24_LRT_l2lrt_d0loose_L1MU20 HLT_mu24_LRT_l2lrt_d0medium_L1MU20 HLT_mu24_LRT_l2lrt_d0tight_L1MU20

tested with runTrigART and the reference files updated for the 3 new chains. ATR-23101
