Update HTXS config file with new DSIDs

Giuseppe Callea requested to merge gcallea-21.2-patch-31523 into 21.2

Updating the Hbb list with the following DSIDs:

  • ggH125_incl: 346309
  • Zincl_H_incl: 346310
  • Wincl_H_incl: 346311, 346312
  • VBFH125_incl: 346317

The VHbb resolved analysis will check the acceptance of these inclusive samples which have to include the HTXS information. Therefore they need to be added to the lists.
