AnalysisTop: Fix missing allowed topologies for TopPartonHistory calculation

Some of the topologies for reconstructing parton-level decays of various top process in the TopPartonHistory package in AnalysisTop were not actually enabled in the configuration, making them impossible to be executed by users due to the strict config check. This MR adds these possible options back.
