disable dumping of poorly matched tracks in the ID Trigger nightly tests

The dumpfile of missing or poorly reconstructed tracks can get large for some jobs so writing this file has simply been disabled

NB: this file is not used in any athena test, hjust for the ID Trigger nightly tests which are not run by the CI tests. In addition, it is not a compiled file, so there is no need to wait for the athena compilation CI tests either, and this could just be accepted as is
