Fix incorrectly named parameter

In the migration to use the new ID Trigger configuration class the flag to usePPS seeds was misnamed, causing a small difference in the FS jet performance, this fixes that.

This will also mean that the CI tests counts will need to be reverted to their original values (we fixed them to merge the changes), so this will be done in a new commit, once the tests have completed
