Removing TCC Jet functionality from SUSYTools & Edits to Large-R tagging

This MR has some small edits to the large-R tagging application (to maintain consistency with existing frameworks and not just the SUSYToolsTester implementation), in addition to removing the (unused by analyses/deprecated) TCC jets.

@alopezso has tested that this now works in his framework/more generally, so .
