Reindentation of Combined Muon reconstruction packages

Hi,

as !42383 (merged) will become more complex, I cherry picked the simple reindentation changes to ease the review, but also future maintainability.

since is just re-indentation can it wait for !42327 (merged)

As would hate to re-do changes just because of indentation. And automatic re-indentation is well automatic ...
