AnalysisTop: crash when encountering unsupported config options

This MR introduces a check of the configuration options specified in AnalysisTop config files, intended to identify typos or no-longer supported options used.

In addition, config files and ART tests are cleaned up to remove obsolete config options and use default values for some of the uncertainty reduction scheme settings.
