Following the observation that standard and full PU-truth configurations yield different results in digitisation for ITk in 21.9 [ATLITKSW-154], this MR disables the use of the Bichsel model for PU particles, which relies on truth information, to get a consistent behaviour, consistently with !42791 (merged)
