updating tau-trigger han config file for R22 data reprocessing (ATR-23005)

@ebergeas, can you please confirm that "CentrallyManagedReferences_Trigger" and "CentrallyManagedReferences_TriggerMain" are something we should use for references? I saw they are also used in many other han-config files
