AnalysisTop: workaround for a mismatch between track jet collection name and what CDI file expects

Tomas Dado requested to merge tdado/athena:AT-TrackJetFtag into master

The collection contains additional "PV0" in the name - this was changed for R22. R21 DI file doesnt know about it so we need to strip it, we also need to add the time stamp for the CDI.
