added new method for selecting the light quark at truth level for tHq and tchannel

Changed the selection of the truth light quark in: TopPartons/Root/CalcTChannelSingleTopPartonHistory.cxx TopPartons/Root/CalcThqPartonHistory.cxx

Discussed already internally with both analysis groups.
