DataModelTestDataRead+Write: add NOCLIDDB for components

Do not add the test classes to the CLID database as the ClassIDSvc is going to become more strict about duplicates (!42936 (merged)).

Marking this as urgent as it would be good to get this in for tonight before the weekly CI node cleanup.
