adding test option in analysisTop to store muons failing OR

Simple MR adding a test option for the muon OR in AnalysisTop. It introduces the NoOverlapRemovalForMuons option. Default is False, if True it will store in the TopEvent and in the standard flat ntuple produced in output also muons failing OR, and will store a flag (mu_passOR) to identify when muons pass the OR and when they don't.

To be used by @gproto for her isolation/OR studies within MCP.
