FFJetSmearingTool: Fix for combined mass
The FFJetSmearingTool handles the uncertainty on the large-R jet mass resolution. So far NPs for calorimeter-based mass (CaloMass) and track-assisted mass (TAMass) were given separately, and they were propagated separately to the combined mass (CombMass). This resulted in doubling the number of NPs on the CombMass, which is not desirable for users.
With this fix, the tool can process CombMass systematic variations directly, combining with the proper weight the variations coming from the same systeatic effect on the CaloMass and the TAMass.
