SUSYTools CDI update, MC/MC SF and JMS

This MR updates SUSYTools with the new CDI files, implements the usage of MC/MC SF for sherpa2.2.8 and sherpa2.2.20 and fixes a small bug regarding MC/MC SF for aMCatNLO+pythia. The new config file including JMS uncertainties is also added as option. Tagging @janders
