AnalysisTop: Update of TauCPTools for R22

Tomas Dado requested to merge tdado/athena:22-AT-TauUpdate into master

Update of the Tau CP tools in AnalysisTop. Removes obsolete option (eleOLR), adds new option (muOLR) and comments out eleBDT since this does not work in R22 (and will be replaced?)

Can run with taus after these changes.
