TTrainedNetworkCondAlg: Assume ownership of the histos via unique_ptr and SetDirectory(nullptr) rather than rely on auto-cleaning from ROOT which actually is disabled in Reco+DQ jobs.

This is a take on ATLASRECTS-6364.
