AnalysisTop: Update large-R jet tagging uncertainties

This MR introduces to updates to large-R jet tagging uncertainties:

  1. Update recommended JMR reduction scheme to FullJMR_COMB for default recommended combined mass
  2. Decorate jets with additional information about efficiency uncertainties (TagEffUnc NPs) for special propagation of inefficiency uncertainties (more info in ANALYSISTO-1102). Follows from the discussion in !43889 (closed)

The efficiencies can be accessed for jets in nominal TTree, via aux decorations labelled is taggername_systname_efficiency, with the list of taggername_systname strings provided in sumWeights TTree in AnalysisTop output.
