Fix new jet config for the trigger

Pierre Antoine Delsart requested to merge delsart/athena:jetsInNewRecoConfig into master

This fixes tests failure introduced by !43749 (merged) and which were not caught by CI. My local tests are now working although I still see unrelated issues with tau trigger config.
