New muon and egamma chains to HI menu

  • Adding muon triggers to HI menu (ATR-22065)
  • Adding pp-style photon to HI menu (ATR-22063)
  • Adding electron chains with HI style reconstruction to HI menu (ATR-22064)
  • Small fix for electron trigger configuration with HI UE subtraction (ATR-22064) - tagging @rbi
  • removing HLT_mb_sptrk_L1RD0_FILLED (ATR-22066) Changes affect only HI menu/chains. All standard tests and the specific HI one are Ok.
