Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:vertex_on_track_simplify into master

Similar to !44233 (merged)

  • Inherit from SurfaceHolder to reduce boilerplate
  • Hold the global position as optinal rather than ptr
  • Add protected copy and move in MeasurementBase
  • These allow to default basically almost everything
