Fix MessageSvc formatting for xAODTauAthenaPool unit tests - ATEAM-761

This merge request allows the change in MessageSvc.Format introduced in !28950 (merged) to be optionally skipped. This should fix the xAODTauAthenaPool unit test failures mentioned in ATEAM-761.
