Add a new ART test to run derivation in TrigAnalysisTest package (ATR-23712)

Dear all,

This MR is to add a new ART test to run derivation in the master branch in a domain of TrigAnalysisTest (see details in ATR-23712). A new executable python script is added in the TrigAnalysisTest package, and no side effects in other codes are expected.

The test is locally tested and behaves as expected.
