Cleaning up egam LS2 menu

This removes the debug triggers initially added to the LS2 menu. The next round of cleanup will add in a targeted subset of debug triggers after a MR that allows triggers without a pid at the precision step.

Since this is an aggressive cleaning, tagging @dzanzi, @fernando, @jodafons and @safarzad. In case I removed something that another group needs please let me know, and I will re-add it.
