Ignore SG aliases coming from AuxContainers when writing DataHeader

SG aliases changing from event to event cause writing of multiple DataHeaderForms and blow up filesize (and memory when reading them back)

Comes with a AthenaPoolCnvSvc.doFilterDHAliases property to control if filtering should be enabled. Default=True
