Update pile-up fractions for MC20
Update pile-up fractions for MC20.
The numbers are based upon a relative XS scaling of the high-pt slice of 64%, which leads to a relative high-pt / low-pt sampling of 0.001953314389 / 0.9980466856. Those numbers are then multiplied by 56.5 / 90.5 / 90.5 for MC20a / MC20d / MC20e. Only a relevant number of significant digits are kept.
Marking urgent as it is needed for the next round of validation.

The changes look good to me. The new values are consistent across the two configuration styles and also with the PileUpProfile_run284500_MC20a.py, PileUpProfile_run300000_MC20d.py, PileUpProfile_run310000_MC20e.py profiles in the
Simulation/RunDependentSim/RunDependentSimData
package. Approving as a digitization expert as this change is urgently needed for the Run-2 reprocessing.removed review-pending-level-1 label
