22.0-NVI-unique_clone-TrkSurfaces

Introduce a uniqueClone() method on Surface and derived classes, mimicking (and using) the existing clone method, but returning a unique_ptr. Work undertaken in context of ATLASRECTS-6456, following comments on !44932 (merged).
