Fix the disappearing track trigger interfere to bjet trigger (ATR-23766, ATR-23765, ATR-21590)

This MR is to fix the disappearing track trigger interfere to bjet trigger (ATR-23766, ATR-23765) and re-enable the disappearing track trigger chains and EDM.

  • As disappearing track triggers are enabled, the trigger counts change due to these new triggers.
  • However, all the other already existing triggers should not be affected.
  • With this fix, I have tested bjet slice with 500 events of ttbar MC (as in ATR-23766) and confirmed that bjet triggers stay same by rootcomp of expert-monitoring.root files. (without this fix, histogram differences are detected with rootcomp)
