tauRec: deploy preliminary R22 RNN tau ID

This MR is deploying a preliminary tune for R22 RNN tau ID + working points (ATLTAU-1741), and follows !44955 (merged) . They are preliminary in the sense that they were derived on Round2 MC preproduction that doesn't have the final tau reconstruction tunes for the relevant tools running upstream, on which the RNN ID relies on (e.g. the tau track classification scheme is still cone-based while it should use ghost matching, the tau track classifier and tau energy scale tunes are not final, ...). So it will have to be retuned at AOD level after the R22 processing, but for now this is the best we can do.
