TrigT1Lucid: delete Lucid trigger simulation

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/athena:delete_trigt1lucid into master

The Lucid trigger simulation has not been used in many years and is not needed for Run-3 (confirmed by @asbrizzi). In case a new Lucid trigger simulation is needed for the new Run-4 geometry, this package and the associated CTP class (LucidCTP) can be resurrected.

Closes ATR-24026 and relates to ATR-19150.
