Add TruthVertices to EXOT2

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:21.2_moreTruth_ISR into 21.2

This MR adds TruthVertices to EXOT2 needed in the ISR+dijet analysis (trijet channel) to be able to distinguish between particles coming from the resonance decay and those produced by ISR. The container will be removed again once the strategy is defined for the analysis
