[ATR-23495] Demote TrigSerializeConverter not-overwriting message from ERROR to WARNING

Reduces the verbosity of this message from ERROR to WARNING.

Would be nice to properly understand it and either a) change it to DEBUG or b) refactor such that this doesn't happen in MT.

b) might be difficult as this is complex legacy code and only comes into play with R2 RAW data.
