SimKernel config method fixes

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:OldStyleISF_ConfigCleanup_master into master

Tidying the getKernel_GenericSimulator and getKernel_GenericSimulatorMT method not to add the Algorithms returned to an AlgSequence within the method call. This makes them consistent with other ConfiguredFactory style methods and is necessary to properly implement the ReSimulation workflow in the master branch in the future.
