Add capability to remap/remove L1 item/thresholds + addition of extra version of jXE (ATR-24037)

Addition of the L1 Physics pp menu, which import the L1 MC pp menu with the capability to remove multiplicity items and thresholds.

This is used here to remove jXEPerf thresholds that are meant to be used only in simulation and discussed in ATR-24037.
