Mentioned in ATR-24180 this MR will add EgammaRec and SuperClusterBuilder on top of current topoClusterCopier of precisionCaloStep in Egamma signature (https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/master/Trigger/TriggerCommon/TriggerMenuMT/python/HLTMenuConfig/Electron/PrecisionElectronRecoSequences.py).
