ATR-22749 adding BeeX chains and registering close-by-electrons chains

Adding the chains to LS2_v1 and registering the ones for close-by electrons in mergedElectronChains in TrigHypothesis/TrigBphysHypo/src/TrigMultiTrkComboHypo.h makes the test_trig_data_v1Dev_build fail.
