TRT_SegmentsToTrack+InDetAmbiTrackSelectionTool+TRT_SeededTrackFinder: Protect TSOS objects.

Memory-protect the TSOS objects we allocate. Temporary(?) change to try to track down ATLASRECTS-6331.
