Update file used for trigger NSW tests

Updating the input file used for the trigger NSW ART tests, since there were some changes in the MM EDM that were not backwards compatible with odler files (ATR-24314). Also re-enabling the tests, since the memory usage issues that led to them being disabled is also fixed with the file switch.

This merge request affects 2 packages:

• Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigValTools
• Trigger/TrigValidation/TriggerTest

Affected files list will not be printed in this case
